In partnership with Olds College and Westhoff Engineering, our founder Henry Heuver has been busy developing the Olds College Botanic Gardens III. This multi-million dollar project has been designed to study the use of natural or constructed wetlands to filter and purify residential and industrial waste water.

The site, on the grounds of Olds College, will allow students in a variety of disciplines to gain practical experience in the subjects of water quality and conservation, wildlife habitat creation and biodiversity. Ultimately, it is hoped that the research will build a foundation for economically and ecologically sustainable water treatment in rural and urban environments.
